Backup & Sharing
Three tabs: Backup, Export / Import, Sharing & Collaboration. This is also where libraries and packs are configured.
A project must be open
The page is not accessible without an open project — it redirects to My Projects.
Storage location
Shows the project's current location and synchronisation state. The Copy / Move… button changes the storage volume.
The Server storage section shows usage in MB (or unlimited), the number of projects, and the size of the libraries.
Libraries
Allow editing
The "Allow library editing" switch enables adding, editing, and deleting items (supporting assets, referentials, measures…) for this project. When disabled, the libraries can be viewed but are frozen.
Library source
For each method family, choose where the project loads its libraries from when it opens:
| Source | Content |
|---|---|
| Default | Libraries built into the application, no synchronisation |
| Personal library | Your libraries saved on the server, shared across all your projects |
| Group library | Libraries shared by a group you belong to |
| Private server library | Local cache, shared among authorised users of the instance |
Owner only
Only the project owner sets the source. A collaborator receives the copy through the project's normal synchronisation, without seeing this setting.
The source follows the project's location
A project in private storage exclusively uses the local cache — never the remote server, even if reachable. Browser and server projects use the server.
Repatriating libraries to the private server
Copies an entire family of libraries from your server account to the private server's local cache. This is what allows creating or opening "private server" projects offline with these libraries.
Choose a family, then a source (personal or group library), and click Import.
Packs
Creating, updating, publishing, and duplicating packs is done from this page — see Library packs.
Export / Import
See Export / Import.
