9-Report generator

The generator lets you compose, customise and assemble RI reports before the Word export.

Report tab

Select the report type: PHA, Hazard study, FMEA, HAZOP, LOPA, Overall summary.

For each type, a section skeleton is proposed. You can:

• Enable / disable sections via the checkboxes
• Reorder sections by drag and drop
• Preview the content of each section

Editor tab

Edit the Markdown content of each section. Tokens are automatically replaced with the study's data on export:

Scalar tokens (replaced with a value):

Block tokens (generate a table or a full section):

• {TABLE-APR} — full table of PHA scenarios
• {TABLE-APR-EDD} — hazard study table
• {TABLE-AMDEC} — FMEA table with RPN
• {TABLE-HAZOP} — HAZOP table
• {TABLE-LOPA} — table of LOPA scenarios
• {MATRIX-RISQUES} — risk matrix
• {TABLE-ACTIONS} — consolidated action plan

Styles tab

Customise the formatting of the generated Word document:

• Title, section heading and body text fonts
• Table header colours
• Margins and spacing

Preview and export

• HTML preview — preview of the report with all sections and tables assembled according to the configuration above
• Word export (.docx) — generates the document with the configured formatting
